First-Gen Experience

For the fall 2019 semester, the OSU Library will offer student assistant positions for first-generation college students, preferably freshmen. Once hired, the student will be paired with a mentor selected from OSU Library faculty or staff.

The goal of the First Generation College Student Student Employment-Mentor Experience is to positively impact the lives and empower the success of first-gen college students at OSU.

 

The Library will begin taking applications for the First Generation College Student Employment-Mentorship program in mid-March.
